Konnikova Has a Stack

Maria Konnikova opened the action and was called behind by two players before James Romero squeezed. The player on his left moved all in and when the action came back to Konnikova, she moved all in over the top. Everyone else passed and they turned their cards on their backs.

Both players hit on the 
flop, but Konnikova was the huge favorite with a set of tens. The 
turn brought a gutshot for a chop but instead the 
paired on the river, giving Konnikova a full house and one of the top chip stacks in the room.
Romero had folded 
, which was the correct fold but would have hit quads. He will have to console himself with the fact that he still has a decent stack, even though it could have been so much more.
