Somerville Can't Get Away
Jason Somerville raised to 51,000 on the button, and big blind Eric Shiarla defended. Both checked the flop, and Shiarla looked like he was going to cut out a bet on the turn with the board reading . He decided to just shove all in. Somerville got a count and it was 393,000.
"I don't think I'm going to be able to fold this," Somerville said. "You wouldn't just turn a flush and then go, 'I'm all in,' that would be silly."
"That would be silly," Shiarla agreed.
"I think I have the best hand," Somerville continued. "That makes me want to put the money in."
After more thinking and more talking he finally did call.
