Christoph Vogelsang hasn't had a high volume of success on the live tournament circuit, but the results he has put up have been quite impressive.
Vogelsang's first live score came in the 2013 EPT London 50,000 Super High Roller. In that event, he took third for 383,200. In April 2014, the German finished 25th in the EPT Grand Final Main Event for 36,700, and then he scored another third-place finish at the 2014 World Series of Poker. It was the latter of those that saw Vogelsang earn a whopping $4,480,001 after finishing behind Daniel Colman and Daniel Negreanu in the $1,000,000 Big One for One Drop.
He will enter the final table fifth in chips with 1,540,000, but the high-stakes regular commonly known as "Tight-Man1" will provide a tough, calculated opponent for the others.
Vogelsang does not currently rank in the top 300 of the Global Poker Index.
