Grosvenor Casinos is Sending 20 Players to Las Vegas With £5,000 Packages

Do you play cash games or tournaments at the Grosvenor Casino on Bury New Road in Manchester or Birmingham Hill Street? Do you dream of flying to Las Vegas and playing in the $1,000 Mini Main Event? If you answered yes to both those questions, you are in luck because Grosvenor Casinos is sending 20 lucky players to "Sin City" armed with a £5,000 Las Vegas package.
From March 10 and the three months that follow, poker players frequenting Bury New Road and Birmingham New Hill can win one of 20 Las Vegas packages via an epic £100,000 Vegas Prize Draw. One prize draw ticket is awarded for every tournament played or for every two hours of play at the cash game tables.
Two packages are available in each of the first two months, and six are guaranteed to be won in the final month's draw at each location. Although this is a three-month promotion, the prize draws are made monthly.
This means you could be heading to Las Vegas this summer simply by entering one tournament or playing a couple of hours of cash games. Of course, the more you play, the more prize draw tickets you receive, and the more chances you have of realizing your World Series of Poker (WSOP) dream.
Each package awards its recipient the following:
- $1,000 WSOP Mini Main Event buy-in
- Flights from London to Las Vegas
- Seven nights' accommodation at The Paris Hotel & Casino
- £1,000 cash for spending money
All you need to do is ensure you can travel to Las Vegas between June 27 and July 4 if your name is pulled from the hat!

The 2024 WSOP Mini Main Event was an incredible tournament that drew 6,076 entrants despite being a freezeout. The top 912 finishers shared a $5,346,800 prize pool.
A min-cash weighed $2,002, and a final table appearance was worth $56,557, with the eventual champion reeling in a cool $554,925 and a coveted gold WSOP bracelet. Cypriot grinder Georgios Skarparis was the star who shone the brightest in 2024 and became a poker champion. Perhaps it will be you who comes out on top in 2025?
